Description
Sets the total angle of the Gauge background to be displayed. If the DisplayRotaionAngle is set to "0" and the DisplayTotalAngle = "180" the background drawn is a semi-circle equivalent to the upper part of a circle. If DisplayRotationAngle is now set to "90" the background would appear as the right hand side of a circle.</sup>
