Sets the Axis to Otherside (Left or Right, Top or Bottom)

Remarks

Sets the Axis to Otherside, which moves labels on a vertical Axis to the right of the Axis.

This property is useful when adding a Custom Axis, to place the labelling to the Right for a right vertical Axis, or to the Top for a Top Axis.
