Resizes Header and Footer frames to full Chart dimensions when True.

Remarks

Default: true.

The AdjustFrame property controls if Chart Header and Footer frames will be resized to full Chart dimensions or to the Title text width. It only has effect when Chart.Header or Chart.Footer.Visible property is true.
