Set the Position property to specify where on the Axis the arrows are drawn.
The following values are possible for the Position:
aaStart Draws an error at the beginning of the Axis, assigned to the Axis property
aaEnd Draws an error at the end of the Axis, assigned to the Axis property
aaBoth Draws an error at the beginning and end of the Axis, assigned to the Axis property
