Defines the pen properties used to draw the line from High value to Low value.
Note: HighLowPen is used only when the CandleStyle property is csCandle, and only when the Pen.Visible property is false.
When the Candle.Pen property is visible, HighLowPen is used only when HighLowPen.Color is different than "clTeeColor".
