Description
Add coloured lines to the Chart with the TColorLineTool.
The line is set according to Axis value vertically or horizontally.
Lines are displayed in 2D and 3D ( drawing a "z" oriented rectangle ).
Lines can be dragged using the mouse when the AllowDrag property is True.
