Description
This event is called each time the preview panel displays.
The rectangle parameter specifies the automatically calculated rectangle that best fits the current selected printer.
You can set this rectangle to your custom values using the preview panel Width and Height values.
The rectangle is expressed in pixels, with 0,0 being the origin.
