Description
Tilt will rotate the Chart Rectangle within the Chart Panel. Positive values (from 0 to 360) rotate the Chart anti-clockwise, negative values, clockwise. Value is taken as a float.
*Important. Orthogonal should be set to False for Rotation to act on the Chart.
