Unit TeeSelectorTool
Description
Contains a TeeChart "Tool" to enable the end-user click and drag the different chart elements ( legend, titles, axis, series, etc ).
You can use the selection clicks and drags in the tool provided events to customize the behaviour you wish.
For example, the TeeChartOffice sample application uses this tool to select chart elements and show their properties using a TeeInspector component.
Several properties of TSelectorTool enable or disable features like resizing the Chart itself or drawing the small rectangle handles.
