Description
Global constant to control if the chart editor should show Series Names at runtime.
Default value is False.
This means Series Names should only be displayed at design-time, and only when the end-user checks the "View Series Names" checkbox.
You can override this behavior setting this variable to True before showing the Chart Editor dialog.
