Description
When DarkPen property is True, the pie slices will be displayed using the PiePen border but with each slice color instead of TPieSeries.PiePen color.
The slice color is made darker for better visual effect.
When DarkPen is False, the PiePen properties and color are used to draw a border around each pie slice.
