This property sets the Axis Ticks and Axis Grid to be drawn only to coincide at Labels.
Otherwise they will be drawn at all axis increment positions.
When the Axis TChartAxis.LabelsSeparation property is greater than 0 (default 10), Axis increases the increment property to avoid Axis Label overlap.
