TTeeCustomToolSeries is the ancestor for TChartSeries associated Chart TCustomAxisPanel.Tools.
This class is used internally and can be used to create derived custom tools that need a Series property.
Do not create a TTeeCustomTool or TTeeCustomToolSeries component directly.
