Description
Setting AllowPanning defines the allowed panning (scrolling) mode of the panel (pmNone, pmHorizontal, pmVertical, pmBoth).
Scrolling is activated at run-time by clicking and dragging the mouse. (By default using the right mouse TCustomChart.ScrollMouseButton).
