Re: Legend disappears

I suffered exactly the same problem on two of my charts with Bottom aligned legends and having deleted the Legend.MaxNumRows=0 line from the DFM was able to see the legend again. This only happened for me when I upgraded to 8.06 from an earlier version. But all working now so thanks for this thread ...

Next Maintenance Release 8.03?

Any news on when we can expect the next maintenance release of TeeChart VCL/CLX, 8.03? Are we talking a matter of days, weeks, or months?

Thanks

Maintenance Release Date?

Narcis, Good news about it being fixed. Any anticipated date of next maintenance release? I've got a client complaining about incorrect labelling due to this error and would like to give him an idea of when he can expect a resolution of the problem. It appears it also throws out the index when calli...

Hi Narcis, Just found another minor bug with the LegendScrollBar. If you have a LegendScrollBar on a Right Aligned Legend and then check the Inverted property on the Legend in the TeeChart Editor itself, the scrollbar now works the wrong way round. i.e. when you click on the down scroll button the l...

LegendScrollBar

When you select LegendScrollBar charttool, it appears to be there whenever the Active property is set to True. It would be great if it had an AutoHide property which when true the scroll bar would only be visible when the legend had too many items to display and needs scrolling functionality and aut...

OK, I'll move the legend to the right as a temporary solution until the bugs fixed.

Many thanks

Thanks Narcis!

Any suggestions on why I get an EAccessViolation error when I add a LegendScrollBar charttool to the chart in the app I sent you over? I'm guessing this maybe related to the legends position too?

I've just added a LegendScrollBar charttool to the chart I've just sent you and when I scroll to the end of the LegendScrollBar I get an EAccessViolation error message. I use EurekaLog and this is the relevant part of the output that was generated: EurekaLog 6.0.8 Application: ----------------------...

Uploaded using the upload page as you requested. Basically you can see the bug when you change the size of the form to reduce the size of the legend. The reason I am plotting series with one value and nulls for all other values is I need the user to be able to deselect series so that they can view s...

TeeChart 8 - Legend symbols & labels not matching up

I have a chart which has 30+ different TBarSeries on it but the legend only has space to display 24 of the series names. The legend is displaying in Legend Style = Series Names, and Checkboxes enabled. The problem I have is the first series is displaying the correct symbol colour for the first serie...
