Looks like this is the same problem as defect TV52011361, which I have been waiting for 5 years to be fixed. So I wouldn't hold your breath.

I got exactly the same error as well with Win 7 Pro 64bit, C++Builder XE3 Enterprise.
Using "Run as Administrator" didn't help.

Hi,
Just wondering if there is any progress on this old defect: TV52011361. It would be really helpful if it could be fixed soon,
as I would like to contour large noisy data sets and with automatic contouring it takes too long to draw all the low value contours.
