I reinstalled Delph again and now the TeeRecompiler could install and only showing the SDK error. Turns out that you should have 64-bit Delphi installed if you want the Win64 TeeChart. I reinstalled Berlin and posted the log earlier for you. Something changed. Now I can see "Delphi", but the same error.
