dclado210.bpl not found

I have Delphi XE7 Starter with TeeChart 2014 Standard. Each time I open a project with a Chart I get the message "dclado210.bpl not found". If I click ignore, the chart will disappear from my form. I get the same message if I try to add a chart to a form (not a dbchart). If I reinstall Teechart, it works the first time but as soon as I restart Delphi the same problem comes back. Is it because Delphi Starter does not have some database tools? Why does it work the first time after I reinstalled Teechart? Any other idea how to solve this problem?

Probably because packages are being installed but dependencies not checked.

Yes, you should use the Starter versions specific packages as Yeray Alonso explained here.
