TeeChart Will Not install

I just purchased TeeChart Pro and am trying to install TeeChartVCLFMX-2016.18.exe or TeeChartVCLFMXSOURCE-2016.18.exe. I start the exe as an administrator and a blank window displays with the file name in the caption and then nothing else happens.

I attached a screenshot. Any suggestions? BTW, I work on a very secure network that doesn't allow the installer to reach out or use any protected folders. Thanks!

Please try downloading the installers again.
If you still find problems with it, please send a mail to "info at steema dot com" asking for the offline installer.
