install failed

I just tried to install TeeChart on my office computer. After it asked for license and password the install stops with an error saying that this version of TeeCalc is not compatible with the version of Windows I am running. I am using Windows 10 Pro version 1703. I tried to upload a screenshot of the rather long error message but the forum said I could not upload a file with an extension of bmp. I then tried PDF but it would not accept that either. Finally it let me upload a .jpg file.

Hello,
The same installer works fine in some machines with the same OS here. Please make sure:
- You install TeeChart into an empty folder.
- You have enough privileges. Try running the installer "as administrator".

I uninstalled and deleted all files that I could find related to TeeChart and it installed ok this time. Thanks.
