I get the error.
entry point @System@Net@Httpclient@Win@TCertificateStore@$bcdtr$qqrv
could not be located in the dynamic library DclTeePro925.bpl

I see this has been reported a few time before with previous version.
One mentions apply updates but I seem to have the version they recommended

Currently running:
Embarcadero® C++Builder 10.2 Version 25.0.29039.2004

Also can we have offline installer availible. When problem like this occur having to re-download everything to reinstall while working thru the problem is
just ridiculous.

RAD Tokyo 10.2.3 (Update/Release 3) is "25.0.29899.2631", while the build "2004" refers to the Update/Release 2. Do you have the Update/Release 3 installed?

I've just sent you a mail with the link to the v2018.24 offline installer.

G'day Yeray

Thank you for the offline installer link.

I've updated to:
Embarcadero® C++Builder 10.2 Version 25.0.29899.2631

And everything now works.

Thanks
Phil
