License Activation failed during install latest TeeChart 2023

Making a manual activation via web it is possible to bypass the problem but, when downloading RadStudio11 package installer, the installation crash because it detects a version mismatch error.
Aborting the installation and reinstalling again, then the installer does not download the package because it has been downloaded before and install it correctly (or it seems like it's correct).

Wow, I have spent hours trying to get this to work.

Do you have a solution for those of us who do not have active licenses? I cannot install my prior versions. (Is there someone I can call about reactivating my licenses--I have tried your phone but no one answers, and the email no longer works).

I understand that frustration. We discussed about possibilities to solve the situation but it turns out that the maintainer of the server did a OS upgrade which doesn't support old SSL/TLS version for security reasons.
Since we found this the day after publishing a TeeChart VCL release, we decided to rebuild those installers with the updated activation utility and make the activation form page more visible.
I'm afraid we can't rebuild the older installers. And moving to a server without that update would expose us to a security risk.
Our apologies.

Finally note, the activation page is also mentioned in the installer, when the connection fails and you choose "manual registration":
