Error after install 'TEE928.BPI' kann nicht geöffnet

Hello,
i have a Error when i try to compile a project.

[ilink32 Fehler] Fatal: Datei 'TEE928.BPI' kann nicht geöffnet werden.

I use C++ Builder 11 Upadte 3.

I have try this points: uninstall Steema, uninstall C++ Builder . Install new C++ Builder without TeeChart.
Install new TeeChart PRO.

Hello,

When you right-click on that TChart at design time and open the About Box, does is show 2023.38 version?
Make sure the paths are correct.
