VS.NET and TeeChart Form display problem

I am using VS.NET 2015 and and Steema TeeChart for .NET 2017 4.1.2017.10190. When viewing the properties pages many if not most of the buttons and other components are not displaying correctly. I have tried different screen resolutions without success. Does anyone else have this problem and any solutions?

I seemed to have resolved the issue by reinstalling TeeChart. I think there may have been different .NET version between TeeChart.dll installed and the .NET version referenced by the application.
